Former Directors and Officers definition

Former Directors and Officers means any persons that served as officers and directors of any of the Debtors prior to the Effective Date other than the Chapter 11 Directors and Officers.
Former Directors and Officers has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.7(a).
Former Directors and Officers has the meaning specified in Section 6.6(b).
