Former Class definition

Former Class. A class in which an employee previously has held permanent status. An employee may have one (1) or more former classes. However, only those classes in which the employee has held permanent status during the current period of continuous service are eligible former classes in respect to a right to demote.

Examples of Former Class in a sentence

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.
