Forest application definition

Forest application means the application of pesti- cides to agricultural land used to grow trees for the commer- cial production of wood or wood fiber for products such as dimensional lumber, shakes, plywood, poles, posts, pilings, particle board, hardboard, oriented strand board, pulp, paper, cardboard, or other similar products.

Related to Forest application

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.

  • Permit Application means an application for a Development Permit, Development Variance Permit, Temporary Use Permit, or a Heritage Alteration Permit;

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for an Invention with any domestic or foreign patent-issuing authority.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
