Examples of Forensics Platform in a sentence

  • In the event that any such modification, suspension, discontinuance or change of any part of AML/CFT Platform or Forensics Platform creates a material adverse effect on the Customer, the Customer may terminate the Agreement on seven (7) days’ written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Partners Pte Ltd, provided that the Customer provides such notice within fourteen (14) days of such modification, suspension, discontinuance or change taking effect.

  • No Open Source Software is licensed under any provision of these Terms under which ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Partners Pte Ltd grants Customer any licence to use the AML/CFT Platform or Forensics Platform; instead, each item of Open Source Software is licensed under the terms of the end-user licence that accompanies such Open Source Software (for the purposes of this Clause 21.1, each an “OSS Licence”).

  • The Customer hereby agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Partners Pte Ltd may use the Customer’s company name and any associated trade marks on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Partners Pte Ltd’s website or in other marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting the AML/CFT Platform, the Forensics Platform and any other services offered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Partners Pte Ltd.

  • Authorised Users and other employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer To process such personal data to provide Customer with access to the AML/CFT Platform and/or the Forensics Platform.
