Forensics Platform definition

Forensics Platform. : means the software systems and interfaces owned, operated and/or licensed by Elliptic, which are used to enable the re-identification of pseudonymous Cryptocurrency users and map chains of Cryptocurrency transactions.

Examples of Forensics Platform in a sentence

  • In the event that any such modification, suspension, discontinuance or change of any part of AML/CFT Platform or Forensics Platform creates a material adverse effect on the Customer, the Customer may terminate the Agreement on seven (7) days’ written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Partners Pte Ltd, provided that the Customer provides such notice within fourteen (14) days of such modification, suspension, discontinuance or change taking effect.

  • Authorised Users and other employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer To process such personal data to provide Customer with access to the AML/CFT Platform and/or the Forensics Platform.
