Forensically-informed definition

Forensically-informed means a BHP has at least the following: familiarity with the AFCC Guidelines for Court-Involved Therapy (AFCC, 2010); familiarity with the goals of the Family Court; and training as required by A.R.S. § 25-406(C).

  • Company Information As defined in Section 4(a)(i).

  • Trauma-informed means the recognition and responsiveness to the presence of the effects of past and current traumatic experiences in the lives of members.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information means the Information (i) listed in the Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule; or (ii) notified to the Authority in writing (prior to the commencement of this Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:

  • Generated Information means information produced in the performance of this CRADA.
