Foreign Register definition

Foreign Register means the register of holders maintained by an issuer which is listed on a Foreign Stock Exchange in the jurisdiction of that Foreign Stock Exchange; and
Foreign Register means a register of an Issuer that is located outside Australia.
Foreign Register means the register of holders maintained by the registrar of the Company in the jurisdiction of another stock exchange.
