Foreign Registrar definition

Foreign Registrar means the entity that carries out the duties of registrar for the Shares and any other agent of the Company for the transfer and registration of Shares, including, without limitation, any securities depository for the Shares.
Foreign Registrar means the Issuer which currently carries out the duties of registrar for the Shares or any successor as registrar for the Shares and any agent of the Issuer hereafter appointed for the transfer and registration of Shares.
Foreign Registrar means the accredited financial intermediary in France appointed as agent of the Issuer for the transfer and registration of Shares or any successor as registrar for the Shares.

Foreign Registrar means Caja de Valores S.A., a company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Argentine Republic (“Caja de Valores”), which presently carries out the duties of registrar for the Shares of the Issuer or any successor as registrar for the Shares of the Issuer and any other appointed agent of the Issuer for the transfer and registration of Shares.
