Forecast Financial Statements definition

Forecast Financial Statements means forecasts prepared by management of the Borrower, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of leverage metrics and distributable cash flow of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (a) on a quarterly basis for each fiscal quarter in 2014 ending after the Funding Date and (b) on an annual basis for fiscal years 2015 and 2016.

Forecast Financial Statements means forecasts prepared by management of ENLC, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders, of leverage metrics and distributable cash flow of ENLC and its Subsidiaries on an annual basis for fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
