  • Forcible compulsion means physical force which overcomes resistance, or a threat, express or implied, that places a person in fear of death or physical injury to herself or himself or another person, or in fear that she or he or another person will be kidnapped. Wash. Rev. Code Ann. § 9A.44.010(6).

  • Final Judgment means the Judgment Entered by the Court upon Granting Final Approval of the Settlement.

  • Forcible felony means any crime defined in Iowa Code section 702.11.   • Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order in which the Court certifies the Settlement Class, grants final approval of this Settlement Agreement, authorizes the entry of a final judgment, and dismisses the Action with prejudice.
