  • Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower, through FONCODES for Parts A.1 and A.2 of the Project, and through VMCS and UGP for Parts A.3, A.4, B, C and D of the Project, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the implementation program set forth in Schedule 5 to this Agreement.
