Examples of FMDS in a sentence

  • FMC or FMDS, as applicable, may establish different Late Fee criteria for Student Loans having different owner codes.

  • FMC or FMDS, as applicable, directions as to Late Fee criteria shall apply to all loans, including those owned by an SPE.
