FMC Employee definition

FMC Employee means a former Employee of FMC Corporation, Process Additives Division (“FMC”), who is now employed by the Company at the Nitro, West Virginia location.
FMC Employee means any employee of FMC with direct or indirect responsibility for the pricing, marketing, or sale of MCC. The term FMC Employee shall include all officers of FMC Corporation.

  • Active Employee means a contributing member of the TRS who is employed by a public school and is not entitled to coverage under a plan provided under Insurance Code Chapter 1551 (Texas Em- ployees Group Benefits Act) or 1601 (State University Employees Uniform Insurance Benefits Act).
