Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 - secures for all individuals within the state freedom from discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status.
In accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, or the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, as applicable the Provider shall not discriminate against any employee (or applicant for employment) in the performance of this Contract because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, or marital status.

During the term of the contract the vendor assures that it is in compliance with Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, in that the vendor does not on the grounds of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability or marital status, discrimination in any form or manner against the end/or employees or applicants for employment.
The policy is enforced by Saint Leo University and by applicable laws such as Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VII and Title IX of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992.
