Member agrees to abide by the facility policies as set forth in the Ground Floor Member Rules, which may be amended from time to time by Ground Floor in its sole discretion, and which are incorporated herein by this reference.

This vote will coincide with the Floor Member vote on the changes to SFE Constitution that will serve as the approval process for the use of SYCOM® IV to close the floor.
