Flooid definition

Flooid has the meaning set forth in the preface above.

  • At and as of the Effective Time, Six (6) Quantum Shares shall be converted into the right to receive one share of Flooid stock.

  • Floodproofing means any combination of structural and nonstructural additions, changes, or adjustments to structures which reduce or eliminate flood damage to real estate or improved real property, water and sanitation facilities, structures, and their contents.
