Fishing center definition

Fishing center means a quay, sea bridge, mainland, damn, or platform in the sea or in the internal waters that is used for fishing purposes, including the unloading onto land of sea life from the sailing vessels, together with the land, the buildings and corresponding infrastructure.

  • Birthing center means a facility or other place where human births are planned to occur. This does not include the usual residence of the mother or any facility that is licensed as a hospital or the private practice of a physician who attends the birth.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Recycling center means an establishment, place of business, facility or building which is maintained, operated, or used for the storing, keeping, buying, or selling of newspaper or used food or beverage containers or plastic containers for the purpose of converting such items into a usable product.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
