The term of this Contract shall become effective on January 1, 20169 or upon execution of all necessary signatures and approval by the Orange County Board of Supervisors, whichever occurs later, and shall continue for one (1) three-year term, renewable upon mutual consent for a one-year or two-year renewal period, with the possibility of new negotiated fees and terms covering the renewal period, unless otherwise terminated by County pursuant to section 13 Fiscal Appropriations or section J Termination.
