Any Subsidy claim not made within 6 months from the date of the First Consultation or the relevant Follow-up Consultation(s), as the case may be, will be considered as a late Subsidy claim and the Government shall have the absolute discretion to refuse payment of any Subsidy to the Enrolled Doctor or his Associated Health Care Provider (as the case may be) for such late Subsidy claim.
