First Consultation definition

First Consultation means the first medical consultation provided by an Enrolled PCD to the Participant in each Screening Round, the primary purpose of which is to prescribe FIT tubes contained within the Participant’s Pack.

First Consultation means the first medical consultation provided by the Enrolled Doctor to an Eligible Person, the purposes of which is to assist the Eligible Person to complete the enrolment in the SCPPP as a Participant and to work out a smoking cessation plan with the Participant.

Examples of First Consultation in a sentence

  • Any Subsidy claim not made within 6 months from the date of the First Consultation or the relevant Follow-up Consultation(s), as the case may be, will be considered as a late Subsidy claim and the Government shall have the absolute discretion to refuse payment of any Subsidy to the Enrolled Doctor or his Associated Health Care Provider (as the case may be) for such late Subsidy claim.

  • However, if there is is no referral, not eligible for subsidy for First Consultation Fees but eligible for Treatment Fees ii) Subsequent Visits: Subsidy rates as above.
