Enrolled Nurse means an employee:
Enrolled student means a person that has officially registered with the school or school district and is taking part in the educational program.

Enrollment means the number of students who are enrolled in a school operated by the district on October 1. A student shall be counted as one whether the student is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Students enrolled in prekindergarten programs shall not be counted.

Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.
Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Declining enrollment means a decrease in the School District’s total enrollment or enrollment in a particular program or curriculum offering which in the sole judgement of the board of education may adversely affect the School District’s current or future allocation of funds and/or the necessity of maintaining certain current class sections or curriculum offerings.
Qualified Plan means a Pension Plan that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the IRC.
Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.
Covered service means a health care service provided to a
Provider Enrollment means an agreement between the Department and a Medicaid provider to provide room and board and deliver care and services to a Medicaid eligible individual in an adult foster home for compensation.
Eligibility Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his eligibility to participate in the Plan as may be required under Article III or Article VI.
CAISO Controlled Grid has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

Disenrollment means either voluntary or involuntary termination of a participant from the Independent Choices Program.
Inactive Participant means each Participant (other than a Retired Participant, Deceased Participant or Disabled Participant) who is not in active service as an Outside Director and is not actively employed by a Participating Company.

CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;
Current Participant means a Class Member who has an Active Account in one or both the Plans as of August 5, 2020.
