Final Working Capital Deficit definition

Final Working Capital Deficit shall exist in the amount of the difference between the Lower Working Capital and the Final Net Working Capital Threshold.
Final Working Capital Deficit means the amount, if any, by which the Final Working Capital (as determined pursuant to Section 2.04) is less than the Estimated Working Capital.
Final Working Capital Deficit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
