Final provision. 1. This Agreement shall be deposited with the Secretary General of the ASEAN Secretariat who shall promptly furnish a certified copy thereof to each Member State.
Final provision. If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity, enforceability and enforceability of the remaining provi sions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby. The Parties undertake to agree on a valid, feasible and enforceable provision in place of the invalid, unenforceable or unen forceable provision which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose pursued by the Parties with the invalid, unenforceable or unenforceable provision. The same applies if the contract contains a loophole.
Final provision. 1. The terms and definitions and other provisions of the GATS shall be referred to and applied to matters arising under this Framework Agreement for which no specific provision has been made under it.

No more than half of the executive directors should be appointed from amongst the proprietary directors representing a same shareholder, neither amongst directors who are current or past members of the governing bodies or senior management of a shareholder holding, or having held, control of the Company, unless three (3) or five (5) years, respectively, have elapsed since the termination of such relationship.
Final provision. 20.1 In the event of conflict between this Internship Agreement and any other contract that the Intern signs with the Internship host, this agreement shall prevail.

If, during the term of this Collective Agreement, exceptional and drastic changes occur in the general socioeconomic relations in the Netherlands and in the government’s wage and pricing policies, all parties to this Collective Agreement may, during the term of this Collective Agreement, propose amendments to this Collective Agreement that are directly related to such changes.
Final provision. This Agreement shall become effective at the latest date of the signature and will stay valid until both parties decide and agree upon a change of the content. Any modification or amendment of this Agreement or waiver of any of the terms thereof requires written confirmation by both parties. Should individual provisions of this Agreement be or become invalid, the remaining provisions will not be affected in their validity. If this Quality Agreement is pursuant to any other agreement, this Quality Agreement will terminate simultaneously with the governing agreement. This Agreement will be replaced if the CUSTOMER and PALL agree upon a more current Agreement regarding the product(s).
Final provision. In so far as the Contract has not been amended by the above provisions, it will remain fully in force between the Parties, as will the General Government Purchasing Conditions 2018 (ARIV 2018), to which the Contract is subject. Final provision. Nothing in this Chapter shall limit the authority of a Party to determine the level of protection it considers necessary for the protection of, inter alia, human, animal or plant life or health. In determining such level of protection, each Party retains authority to interpret the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of its country.
Final provision. UNPK «Nysana» is guided by the current legislation, and also this Provision taking into account specific features of work in the activity. The activity of UNPK «Nysana» is annually reviewed and evaluated at a joint meeting of the Department with organizations that are part of the UNPK.
