Final Design Documents means the Design Documents which provide the complete and final documents necessary or related to construction, operations and maintenance of the Project or any portion thereof and any Utility Adjustments included in the Design Work, Construction Work or O&M Work.

Financiers means the providers of any financial facilities, financial arrangements or accommodation to a Project Entity in accordance with the Financing Documents for the purpose of financing the carrying out of the Project.

Related to Final Design Documents

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.
