Final Design Documentation means the respective Design Documentation for the Public Works consented to by the Consent Authority and (where consent is required by this deed) by the State and for which a Construction Certificate has been issued, as amended in accordance with this deed. Examples of Final Design Documentation in a sentence

  • The Final Design Documentation shall also address the mutually agreed upon technical requirements.

  • If the Developer receives advice, comments, or recommendations from a relevant Public Authority (which are confirmed in writing, whether by the Public Authority or by correspondence or minutes) in relation to matters that ought to be taken into account when preparing the Application (or related Final Design Documentation), it must give due consideration to such advice, comments or recommendations.

Related to Final Design Documentation

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • design document means any record of a design, whether in the form of a drawing, a written description, a photograph, data stored in a computer or otherwise.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Design-Build Agreement or “DBA” means the agreement to design and construct the Project.
