Field Reports definition

Field Reports means Toyota Field Technical Reports and Toyota Dealer Product Reports (or any successor report that may be used by Toyota during the term of the Consent Decree) that describe the results of an investigation into an issue involving an Emissions-Related Component on a vehicle that has been sold or delivered for sale. The investigation may have been conducted by the Defendants or by personnel at an authorized dealership.

  • Manufacturer's Technical Representative's Field Reports: Prepare written information documenting manufacturer's technical representative's tests and inspections specified in other Sections.

  • The results of our observation and testing will be communicated directly to the City’s Representative and the project Construction Manager, and will be documented in our Daily Field Reports and ultimately in our Final Geotechnical Report for the project (if required).

  • Our Daily Field Reports will be provided to the City’s Representative on a regular basis for review and signature.

Related to Field Reports

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Borrowing Base Certificate, the financial statements of Obligors and the Equityholder and the annual statements as to compliance and the annual Independent public accountant’s report.

  • Founded Reports means the Department's Children, Adults, and Families Division or Law Enforcement Authority (LEA) determination, based on the evidence, that there is reasonable cause to believe that conduct in violation of the child abuse statutes or rules has occurred and such conduct is attributable to the person alleged to have engaged in the conduct.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).
