Field Professionals definition

Field Professionals means the Company’s independent third-party networks, including, but not limited to, independent appraisers, real estate agents, property inspectors, notaries, abstractors and other closing agents.

  • Agent Professionals means attorneys, accountants, appraisers, auditors, environmental engineers or consultants, and other professionals and experts retained by the Administrative Agent.
