ORSA summary report means a confidential high-level summary of an insurer or insurance group's own risk and solvency assessment.

Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.
Agent’s Fee means the fee which is set out in this Agreement and which is payable by the Issuer to the Agent in consideration of the services performed by the Agent under this Agreement;
Policy summary means a synopsis describing the elements of a life insurance policy.
Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;
Agent's Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as hereafter amended from time to time) between the Borrower and the Agent respecting certain fees payable to the Agent for its own account.
Facility Fees has the meaning provided in Section 2.11(a).
Audit fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the fiscal years listed for professional services rendered by our principal auditors for the audit of our annual financial statements.
Written Summary means the written summary that must be submitted annually to the Ministry as required by the Section titled Reporting Requirements of this Certificate.
Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.
Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.
Investment Summary means the agreed upon cost proposal for the products and services attached as Exhibit A.
Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause 2.5.
Modification Fee means a fee, if any, collected from a Mortgagor by the Master Servicer in connection with a modification of any Mortgage Loan (other than a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note other than a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or collected in connection with a modification by the Special Servicer of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.
Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.
Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
Fees and Charges means the fees and charges set out in Appendix 2, including such fees and charges as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time by amendment to Appendix 2 in accordance with this Agreement;
Joint Fee Letter means the Joint Fee Letter, dated July 20, 2021, among the Borrowers, Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and certain of the Arrangers.
Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).
Pricing Side Letter means that certain letter agreement between Buyer and Seller, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.
Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;
Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.
