FCB Stock definition

FCB Stock means the common stock, par value $100.00 per share, of FCB.
FCB Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.1.

  • No FCB Shares or FCB Preferred Stock have been issued since December 31, 2008 except FCB Shares issued pursuant to the FCB Stock Option Plan.
