Facility Maintenance Advisor definition

Facility Maintenance Advisor means the entity retained to provide the Facility Maintenance Advisory Services.
Facility Maintenance Advisor means the individual responsible for providing a long-term perspective of the Project during design, including facility maintenance and life cycle of the Project, and transition from construction into operation.

Related to Facility Maintenance Advisor

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, the Company is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
