Facility A Interest Rate definition

Facility A Interest Rate means the interest rate (per annum) calculated by adding the Spread to the Facility A Base Rate.
Facility A Interest Rate means the Distribution Borrowers’ from time to time option of (i) a floating per annum rate of interest equal to the Prime Rate, (ii) the LIBOR Rate plus the Facility A Applicable Margin or (iii) the Fixed LIBOR Rate plus the Facility A Applicable Margin.
Facility A Interest Rate shall have the meaning as set forth in Section -------------------------- 2.1(b) of this Agreement.

Examples of Facility A Interest Rate in a sentence

Related to Facility A Interest Rate

  • Class A Interest Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of either (i) 9.25% plus the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal minus 3.50% and (ii) 9.25%.

  • Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class E Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Daily Interest Rate means an amount calculated by dividing the interest rate payable to a Lender on a Loan (as set forth in subsection 2.2) as of each calendar day by three hundred sixty (360).

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).
