Facilities Letter definition

Facilities Letter means that certain Facilities Letter, dated October 24, 2007, by and between Arranger and Borrower, including all attachments thereto.
Facilities Letter means an agreement between Subscriber and Senwes setting out the bank facilities to be made available by the Subscriber to Senwes and the terms and conditions applicable thereto, as amended from time to time;
Facilities Letter means the letter issued by the Bank describing the Credit Facilities being made available to the Borrower.
