Fabula Units definition
Fabula Units means the non-brokered private placement of 1,000,000 units, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant exercisable into one additional Fabula Common Share at an exercise price of $0.25 CDN per share for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance;
