Extraordinary Administration definition

Extraordinary Administration means the extraordinary administration proceedings commenced on 7 April, 2017 in respect of Agrokor pursuant to the EA Act.
Extraordinary Administration means a temporary regime in which the performance of some of the activities of the User of the MyCOMPANY Module or the JA PARTNER Module resulting from the purpose of the aforementioned Modules is taken over either by the Provider or by a Related Party authorized by the Provider in order to ensure proper provision of Services to entities whose Accounts are linked to the aforementioned Modules of the User for whom one of the reasons for the introduction of the Extraordinary Administration has arisen, and to ensure the specified Cloud JABLOTRON support by the Users of the Modules;the reasons for introduction, rules, terms and conditions and the course of Extraordinary Administration are regulated in more detail in a separate document available in the repository in the Account; “Force Majeure” means any action, event or condition which is outside the sphere of influence of the Provider, e.g. emergencies – natural disasters, civilizational emergencies (e.g. industrial accidents, operational accidents, technical accidents, terrorism, war states, hacker attacks, malicious computer program attacks), emergencies caused by other influences (e.g. events caused by biological threat – epidemics, pandemics, pest influence), including cases of failure to meet obligations on the part of Providers of Support Services or Important Partners, who do not allow or hinder proper functioning of Cloud JABLOTRON or restrict or hinder the functioning of some of the Services for the User; “Governing Law” means the legal order of the Czech Republic; “GSM Control Panel” means a Control Panel designed to communicate with Cloud JABLOTRON using GSM technology; a list of such Control Panels is provided on the Website; “Important Partner” means a party who is a major contractual partner of the Provider in a specific territory; “Information” means any information which the User has provided the Provider or a Related Party with during Account Sign-up or Device Registration, and information provided by the User to the Provider any time after Activation (with the exception of Data); “Installation Partner” means a person who, on the basis of a contractual relationship with an Important Partner of the Provider, supplies Devices in a particular territory; “IP Control Panel” means a Control Panel designed to communicate with Cloud JABLOTRON using IP technology; a list of such Control Panels is provided on the Website;
Extraordinary Administration means insolvency proceedings aimed at restoring the balance sheet of large commercial enterprises through the continuation, reactivation or conversion of entrepreneurial activities.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of a medication or device by ingestion, inhalation, injection or any other means, whether self-administered by a resident, or administered by a guardian (for a minor), or an authorized healthcare provider.
