Extended Property definition

Extended Property means: “Property” PLUS plumbing fixtures, plumbing supply lines, plumbing waste lines, gas supply lines, hot water heaters, fans, heating ventilation and air conditioning equipment, electrical fixtures, appliances, conduit and wires including any private elevator, and pipes. This also includes instant hot water tanks, garbage disposals, fire suppressors, sinks, bathtubs, toilets (including wax rings), dishwashers, and washing machines, including any connecting hoses or drains any of which are used in the unit owner’s unit or portions thereof that serve his/her unit and are for the exclusive use of the unit. Examples of Extended Property in a sentence

  • In the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrences or claim, with Extended Property Damage Coverage in the amount of $50,000 per occurrence or claim for personal property in the care or custody of control of Service Provider, occurring as a result of Service Provider’s operations.

  • In such event such additional floor added on the said building (hereinafter referred to as “Extended Property”) shall increase the scope and ambit of the development presently envisaged by the promoters and the proportionate share of the Allottee in the common areas and installations may stand varied owning to such additional construction for Extended Property.

Related to Extended Property

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Excluded Property shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.

  • Covered Property is the address stated on your Agreement Coverage Summary Page. • “Domestic-grade” Items are those that were designated by the manufacturer, manufactured and marketed solely for installation and use in a residential single family dwelling.

  • Existing Property means all property against which ad valorem property taxes were levied by a local unit for its concluding fiscal year, minus all property that is considered losses for purposes of ad valorem property tax levies of the local unit for the ensuing fiscal year.

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.
