EXPRESS CHECK-IN. All vehicles must be registered at the front desk. Each car must have a car pass to enter the park and the current cost is $12.00* per day/ per vehicle or $84.00 if you are staying the entire week with express check in. *Daily parking passes are $15.00/day if we are not able to authorize your vehicles or you do not provide information and payment to Ocean Lakes at least 2 weeks prior to your stay. Prior to your arrival Ocean Lakes has created an on-line portal to register all vehicles. Owner will authorize this portal to send you an email for completion of information (tag#, color, year, make and model of vehicles), once that is completed; a second email is prompted to you for payment. Ocean Lakes will mail out all parking passes 4-6 weeks prior to your stay, no earlier. Prices are subject to change.
EXPRESS CHECK-IN. Directions for express check-in will be mailed to you upon receipt of your final payment which is due 30 days before arrival. Please mail this form to Ocean Lakes at least 14 days before your stay, and they will mail parking passes directly to your home. Express check-in may not be available for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.

  • GUARANTEED DISPLAY REFERRAL FEE WAIVERS ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ offers a paid featured agent program referred to as “Guaranteed Display.” This paid product provides the following Referral Fee benefits to the Recipient Broker/Agent: • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee will be discounted from the standard 35% to 30%. • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, and if ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ was not responsible for brokering an appointment between the Referred Client and the Recipient Broker/ Agent, the referral fee will be waived entirely to 0%. To qualify for this Referral Fee waiver, Recipient Broker/Agent must update the Referral Status in the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Agent Portal (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) to reflect the property has been listed prior to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ indicating that an appointment has been set.

  • Billing and Payment Procedure for Forest Products Delivered The State will compute and forward to Purchaser a billing statement of charges for forest products delivered during the billing period at the delivered rate shown in P- 028.2 clause. After receipt of the billing statement, Purchaser’s payment must be received by the Department of Natural Resources on or before the due date shown on the billing statement. Purchaser agrees to make payment, payable to the Department of Natural Resources. Failure to pay on time for forest products delivered is considered a breach of contract. Included with the billing statement will be a summary report for the billing period compiled by the State or their log and load reporting service. The State will adjust final ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to account for any State approved payment reductions. Advance payments made under P-045 or P-045.2 remaining on account above the value for the charges shall be returned to Purchaser within 30 days following the final report of charges. Refunds not made within the 30 day period will accrue interest at the interest rate, as established by WAC ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, computed on a daily basis until paid.

  • Purpose; Incorporation by Reference of Auction Procedures and Settlement Procedures (a) On each Auction Date, the provisions of the Auction Procedures will be followed by the Auction Agent for the purpose of determining the Applicable Rate for the of APS, for the next Dividend Period therefor. Each periodic operation of such procedures is hereinafter referred to as an "Auction." (b) All of the provisions contained in the Auction Procedures and the Settlement Procedures are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety and shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement to the same extent as if such provisions were set forth fully herein.   • How to Obtain Warranty Service The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring. To obtain warranty service, the Warranty Holder must contact Cali Bamboo’s Customer Experience Department: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent flooring inspector to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the flooring inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and assuming that ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement. This limited warranty covers Flooring that is both (i) installed with strict adherence to Cali Bamboo’s GeoWood flooring installation guide found online at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/flooring-installation/ (the “Installation Guide”) and (ii) maintained in accordance with Cali Bamboo’s GeoWood flooring care and maintenance guidelines found online at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/floor-care-and-maintenance/ (the “Maintenance Guide”). Cali Bamboo will provide copies of these guides upon request by the Warranty Holder. This limited warranty only applies when the Flooring is used under normal traffic and other usage conditions. The limited warranty for Manufacturing Defects does not apply after the Warranty Holder has installed the Flooring, and product variation or error that does not exceed the 5% industry standard is not considered a Manufacturing Defect for purposes of this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not extend to or cover:

  • APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES I.7.1. The Contract shall be governed by European Union law, complemented, where necessary, by the national substantive law of Belgium. I.7.2. Any dispute between the parties resulting from the interpretation or application of the Contract which cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the courts of Brussels.
