Export Oil definition

Export Oil means Crude Oil of a standard Iraqi export blend.
Export Oil means crude oil of standard Iraqi export blend that will result from the possible blending of Crude Oil with crude oils from other fields of nearest quality to the Crude Oil stream(s) produced from the Field.
Export Oil means crude oil of a standard Iraqi export blend that is available for possible lifting by Contractor at a Delivery Point as payment for Service Fees under Article 19 and Addendum Four.

  • It is the intent of both Parties that the pricing of Export Oil for all purposes under this Contract shall reflect the prevailing export market price FOB Delivery Point.

  • Procedures existing on the Effective Date for lifting, storage, tanker nomination and other related activities may later be adjusted to support the efficient implementation of the Export Oil Sales Agreement.

  • For payment of Petroleum Costs and Remuneration, the Export Oil Price shall be determined in accordance with Article 18 and the payment made pursuant to Addendum Three.

  • If either of Parties wishes to exercise this option to deliver excess Export Oil in any Lifting Quarter, it shall notify the other of such election no later than the first day of the second Month of the preceding Quarter, and the other Party must confirm its agreement no later than ten (10) days after such notice.

  • Methods and procedures for measurement of volume, quality and specifications of Export Oil at the Delivery Point shall be in accordance with SOMO's standards practices in respect of the Export Oil.

  • Export Law means all constitutions, laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, injunctions, rules, regulations, permits, restrictive measures, trade sanctions, embargos and other legally binding requirements of all federal, country, international, state and local governmental authorities relating to export, re-export or import.

  • Export Order means a written export order or contract for the purchase by the Buyer from Borrower of any of the Items.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.
