Licensee agrees that it will not submit the Software, SAP Delivered Support, Documentation or other SAP Materials or parts of any of these to any government agency for licensing consideration or other regulatory approval without the prior written consent of SAP, and that it will not export, re-export or import any Software, SAP Delivered Support, Documentation and/or SAP Materials to countries, persons or entities prohibited by any applicable Export Law.

SISW reserves the right to conduct the necessary Export Law checks and, upon request, the Customer shall promptly provide SISW with the necessary information to fulfill its legal obligations.
In particular, but not in limitation of the foregoing, Customer must assure that the Software and any derivatives thereof are not: (i) downloaded, exported, re-exported (including any "deemed export"), or transferred, directly or indirectly, contrary to any applicable economic sanction or Export Law, or (ii) used for any purpose prohibited by the Export Laws or (iii) delivered to persons/entities otherwise ineligible to acquire, license or use the Software.
Seller will not be liable to Buyer for any loss or expense if Buyer fails to comply with any Export Law.

Buyer shall not export, re-export or otherwise transfer or provide any Item in contravention of any Export Law or any end-user certificate provided by Buyer, including to an embargoed or otherwise sanctioned country, to anyone listed on any prohibited persons list published by the U.S., the UN, the EU or the OSCE, or for a prohibited end-use (such as research on or development of chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, unmanned air vehicles or missiles, or nuclear explosive or fuel cycle activities).
Customer represents and warrants to Ricoh that it, its employees and agents shall not provide Ricoh with any document, technology, software or item for which any authorization or license is required under any Export Law.
Buyer must notify Seller before providing any technical data to Seller that is controlled under any Export Law.
In the event Buyer violates any Export Law, Imatest may suspend sales to Buyer until such time as Imatest determines that such violation is being remedied, payments made as required above, and steps taken to ensure Buyer’s future actions will comply with all Export Laws.
