EXPERT CONSULTATION definition

EXPERT CONSULTATION means, with respect to any matter, such consultation (which may be oral or in writing) with the Independent Engineer, the Insurance Advisor, legal counsel or such other expert advisors as may be engaged in connection with such matter as either Agent (or the Majority Lenders through such Agent) shall deem appropriate under the particular circumstances.

Related to EXPERT CONSULTATION

  • Consultation means the good faith attempt by the Depositary to discuss, if practicable, the relevant issue in a timely manner with a person employed by the Company reasonably believed by the Depositary to be empowered by the Company to engage in such discussion on behalf of the Company.

  • Independent Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 10.03 of this Agreement.

  • Professional Conduct Committee means the professional conduct committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(2)(b);

  • Risk Retention Consultation Party means each risk retention consultation party appointed pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Professional experience means the actual and lawful pursuit of the profession concerned;
