The Resident must, prior to or at the time of the payment by the Scheme Operator of the Exit Entitlement, deliver to the Scheme Operator.
Costs may be recouped directly from the Residents involved at the time of the dispute or by deducting from the Exit Entitlement upon departure.
Any such variation will not affect the method of calculating the Resident’s Exit Entitlement.
