Existing Reports definition

Existing Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(n) hereof.

Existing Reports mean (i) that certain Environmental Assessment report, dated October 22, 1992, prepared by AllWest Environmental, Inc., (ii) that certain Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment, dated April 24, 1996, prepared by Dames & Xxxxx, and (iii) that certain Structural Evaluation, dated April 11, 1996, prepared by Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Associates; Landlord’s Initials Tenant’s Initials
Existing Reports. The environmental reports delivered by Tenant to Landlord or its agents and identified in Exhibit "I" hereto.

Related to Existing Reports

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Engineering Report means the Initial Engineering Report and each engineering report delivered pursuant to Section 6.2.

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State.   • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Interim Statements is defined in Section 3.3.

  • Target Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • Initial Financial Statements means (a) the audited annual Consolidated financial statements of Borrower dated as of December 31, 2009, and (b) the unaudited quarterly Consolidated financial statements of Borrower dated as of March 31, 2010.
