Existing Reports means (i) that certain Scope of Work Letter dated April 27, 1994 by RERC Environmental ("RERC"); (ii) that certain Letter dated September 9, 1994 by RERC; (iii) that certain Limited Environmental Site Characterization dated May 2, 1995 prepared by Environmental Protection Industries; and (iv) that certain Limited Environmental Review dated June 17, 1996 prepared by Property Solutions Incorporated.
