EXEED Project Completion Date means [ ] and the Parties acknowledge that such date may only be extended at the absolute discretion of SEAI pursuant to the Grant Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, such date cannot be extended pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or otherwise by agreement of the Parties.

  • The ESCO is required to facilitate this grant payment by: Ensuring that Works and Services are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EXEED Grant scheme and in accordance with the EXEED Standard; Providing all relevant project documentation by the EXEED Project Completion Date, including: Invoices for all itemised eligible costs as determined by SEAI.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;
