Executive Consultants definition

Executive Consultants means executive-level consultants of the Company or Related Persons, as determined by the Committee, provided, however, that no managing director, general partner, limited partner, director, officer or employee of Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. or The Blackstone Group L.P. that is a director of the Company will be eligible to participate in the Plan.

Examples of Executive Consultants in a sentence

  • The provisions of this Agreement shall in no respect limit or otherwise affect the Executive Consultant's obligations under other agreements with the Company.

  • Consultant acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall have no liability whatsoever to Executive, Consultant's other employees and Consultant's agents and advisors for any amounts due and owing to them, including any Consultant Expenses.

  • More commonly we support our Executive Consultants with recruitment campaigns, offering executive/leadership profiling for short listed candidates much like is required by OPAS for the ILAs. Related to Executive Consultants

  • Sub-consultants means an entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services while remaining solely liable for the execution of the Contract.

  • Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
