Excess Terms Allowance definition

Excess Terms Allowance means the excess, if any, of the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables which by its terms are due and payable greater than 60 days from the original invoice date thereof that exceeds 2.5% of the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables.
Excess Terms Allowance means the sum of (a) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables with payment terms that are greater than 90 days but less than 121 days (excluding, so long as a Unilever Trigger Event has not occurred, the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables with payment terms that are greater than 90 days but less than 121 days and with respect to which Unilever is the Obligor) exceeds 5.0% of the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables, and (b) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables with payment terms that are greater than 120 days but less than 180 days (excluding, so long as a Unilever Trigger Event has not occurred, the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables with payment terms that are greater than 120 days but less than 180 days and with respect to which Unilever is the Obligor) exceeds 4.0% of the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables.
Excess Terms Allowance means the sum of (a) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables with payment terms that are greater than 90 days but less than 121 days exceeds 5.0% of the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables, and (b) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables with payment terms that are greater than 120 days but less than 180 days exceeds 4.0% of the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables.

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.

  • SO2 Allowance means “allowance” as defined at 42 U.S.C. § 7651a(3): “an authorization, allocated to an affected unit by the Administrator of EPA under Subchapter IV of the Act, to emit, during or after a specified calendar year, one ton of sulfur dioxide.”

  • NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.

  • Initial Monthly Payment Fund An amount representing scheduled principal amortization and interest at the Net Mortgage Rate for the Due Date in the first Due Period commencing subsequent to the Cut-off Date for those Mortgage Loans for which the Trustee will not be entitled to receive such payment, and as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Annual Benefit means an annual sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) multiplied by the Applicable Percentage (defined below) and then reduced to the extent required: (i) under the other provisions of this Agreement; (ii) by reason of the lawful order of any regulatory agency or body having jurisdiction over the Employer; and (iii) in order for the Employer to properly comply with any and all applicable state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, income, employment and disability income tax laws (eg., FICA, FUTA, SDI).

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarial equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or Qualified Joint and Survivor Annuity) to which the Participant would be entitled under the terms of the Plan assuming:

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Covered Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period or the first Special Payment Date, if such Special Payment Date occurs prior to the date the Class A Invested Amount is paid in full, an amount equal to the sum of (x) with respect to the Class A Certificates, the product of (i) the Class A Certificate Rate, (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days from and including the prior Distribution Date to but excluding the then current Distribution Date and the denominator of which is 360 and, (iii) the Principal Funding Account Balance, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date that is allocable to the principal of the Class A Certificates and (y) with respect to the Class B Certificates, the product of (i) the Class B Certificate Rate, (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days from and including the prior Distribution Date to but excluding the then current Distribution Date and the denominator of which is 360 and (iii) the Principal Funding Account Balance, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date that is allocable to the principal of the Class B Certificates.

  • Excess Costs means, in any Computation Period, the excess of Chargeable Costs associated with Assignee Minerals for that Computation Period over the amount determined by multiplying Assignor’s Net Share of Minerals produced during the Computation Period by the Sales Price for that Computation Period. Excess Costs shall bear interest at the Prime Interest Rate from the end of the Computation Period in which such costs were incurred to the date that Assignor recovers such amounts from Assignee Proceeds.

  • Maximum Benefit means the maximum benefit amount of each of the benefits covered under this Policy as stated in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • PHARMACY ALLOWANCE means the lower of: • the amount the pharmacy charges for the prescription drug; • the amount we or our PBM have negotiated with a network pharmacy; or • the maximum amount we pay any pharmacy for that prescription drug.

  • Monthly Excess Interest As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (A) the Interest Remittance Amount remaining after the application of payments pursuant to clauses A. through F. of Section 4.02(b)(i) plus (B) the Principal Payment Amount remaining after the application of payments pursuant to clauses A. through E. of Section 4.02(b)(ii) or (iii).

  • converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Basic Servicing Fee means the fee payable pursuant to Section 3.09 to the Servicer on each Payment Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period or, with respect to the first Payment Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Liberty to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.
