The Company is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (hereafter the “CySEC”) under the license number 301/16. EverFX is a trade name of the Company. This client agreement, together with any Schedule(s), any other accompanying documents along with all other legal documents as these are available online on our website, as amended from time to time, (this “Agreement”) sets out the terms of the business relationship between the client and the Company.
