EUSR definition

EUSR means the register operated by Energy and Utility Skills Group, which holds records of an individual’s training and qualifications, which individuals and employers can search to verify training and qualifications held by the individual.

  • All employees have a responsibility to work safely and shall adhere to the regulations as prescribed in the EUSR Book or the appropriate Province of Ontario legislation, whichever offers the best protection.

  • Purchaser Stock Price means, with respect to any Common Stock Fundamental Change, the average of the Closing Prices for one share of the common stock received by holders of Common Stock in such Common Stock Fundamental Change during the ten Trading Days immediately prior to the record date for the determination of the holders of Common Stock entitled to receive such common stock or, if there is no such record date, prior to the date upon which the holders of Common Stock shall have the right to receive such common stock.
