European Railway Agency definition

European Railway Agency means the agency for railway safety and interoperability established by Regulation (EC) No. 881/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council of 29th April 2004 establishing a European Railway Agency F14;
European Railway Agency means the Community agency for railway safety and interoperability estab- lished by Regulation (EC) No 881/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Railway Agency;

  • European Monetary System means the European Monetary System established by the Resolution of December 5, 1978 of the Council of the European Communities.

  • European Union means the member nations of the European Union established by the Treaty of European Union, signed at Maastricht on February 2, 1992, which amended the Treaty of Rome establishing the European Community.

  • Public safety agency means a functional division of a public agency, county, or the state that provides fire fighting, law enforcement, ambulance, medical, or other emergency services.

  • European Economic Area means the member nations of the European Economic Area pursuant to the Oporto Agreement on the European Economic Area dated May 2, 1992, as amended.

  • local municipality means a municipality that shares municipal executive and legislative authority in its area with a district municipality within whose area it falls, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category B municipality;

  • Nonmember state means a state that has not enacted this compact.

  • Community action agency means an agency designated pursuant to section 8.
