ETS Trust definition

ETS Trust means that certain trust to be established after the Closing pursuant to a rabbi trust agreement between the Company and Fidelity.

  • After the date hereof, Purchaser shall cause the Company to enter into a rabbi trust agreement with Fidelity to establish the ETS Trust that will hold assets for the ETS Plan.
