eTime 1000 definition

eTime 1000 means the TKC Software (referred to in the Prior Agreement as "ADP-ized TKC Software") as enhanced or modified under a previous agreement(s), or herein pursuant to Section 5.1 or pursuant to other specifications mutually agreed upon by the parties.
