Estimation Request definition

Estimation Request means a request for estimation of a Claim in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and the Bankruptcy Rules.

Estimation Request means a notice from RTA to the ALT, requesting the ALT to make a determination under clause 7.13(e). Fee means the fee calculated in accordance with Schedule 7 (Commercial Framework).

Related to Estimation Request

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.

  • Transaction Request means a request from Seller to Buyer, in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, to enter into a Transaction.

  • Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
