ESID Fee definition

ESID Fee means a semi-annual fee payable to the ESID in the amount of [0.005]% of the related installment of the Special Assessments, as shown on the repayment schedule attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B.
ESID Fee means the semi-annual fee due to the ESID from the Investor upon receipt of each installment of the Special Assessments from the City in the amount provided as the ESID Fee for each installment in Exhibit B.

Related to ESID Fee

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.
