Escrow Fund Value definition
Escrow Fund Value shall have the meaning given to that term in the Escrow Agreement;
Escrow Fund Value means on any date the product obtained by multiplying (i) the number of Escrow Shares in the Escrow Fund on such date by (ii) the Current Per Share Market Price for such date.
Escrow Fund Value means, as of the time of measurement, the amount then remaining in the Escrow Fund.
